Pork and Mushroom
The original plan is to stir fry pork and mushroom-oyster and wood ear mushrooms. But youngest sister made pork and cauliflower for lunch, thus added the left overs of it plus the unwrapped mung bean sprouts spring rolls so it ended up like that.
