What's the sense of traveling places without sampling their local specialties. Food that makes the place known for and the other way around. This is my Food Trip, where visiting a place is not the same nor complete without eating what do locals are proud of. Tanjay Dinner
Our host in Tanjay City gave us a surprise dinner before we leave their humble home. its a feast for an army and i had:(l-r) chili tiger prawn, bangus kinilaw, fried tilapya & fresh lumpia. the buffet table also have letchon and sans rival. i only have this serving due to diet restrictions on fat :(
