Tatak Pinoy # 05 : Butterscotch

buttery toasted bread. great w/ coffee. and since we are pinoys, we dip it on coffee to make it soft. for me, its not limited for coffee alone, its for hot choco and soft drinks too.

its a wafer stick filled with polvoron. its coined from the word
barquillos the waffer stick and polvoron filling. beware the polvoron filling might choke you, have a glass of water ready.
