TGIFriday’s is now in Fairview Terraces Mall

Yes! TGIFriday’s brings its own kind of fun, food and service to the new Fairview Terraces Mall!

This TGIFriday’s restaurant is the third branch to sport the brand’s fresh, new look with a 150 seating capacity.

From the moment people step into the restaurant, they will be sublimely cued by hip and modern interiors. Like the flagship store in Glorietta, this branch boasts a “Promise Wall” alerting guests that whichever day of the week, “In here, it’s always Friday.”

A creative rendition of the New York skyline painted on baseball bats catches the eye on one side of the wall. Steeped in Americana, TGIFriday’s looks back on its first-ever opening in New York City, on 1st Avenue and 63rd Street in 1965. The brand’s history is put on view at theHeritage Wall (framed photographs recap TGIFridays history and depict the journey of its founder, Alan Stillman) where guests can appreciate TGIFriday’s values and commitment in serving good food and providing great service dashed with loads of fun.

Other striking interior pieces include the modish flooring, copper Spun (large red droplights), red decorative pendant lights, deep brown wooden spindles and balusters. All these give off a stylish and trendy image. The bar is located side by side with large TV screens and bar stools done in vibrant deep red hue while the lighted black-and-white striped tile flooring highlights the bar area. The cozy C-shaped couch, wooden community tables and square bar stools are modern seating that exude a young, casual and laidback vibe.

At TGIFriday’s Fairview Terraces, the restaurant’s time-honored traditions remain: the cocktails and beverages prepared by world-class bartenders with their bottle-spinning and drink-flipping flair and of course, the delicious American-style comfort food—burgers, ribs, steaks, pastas, fajitas, decadent desserts and more in hefty servings and ebullient and efficient service by the waitstaff. These have been enjoyed by Filipinos for two decades now.

As it’s 16th store in the Philippines, TGIFridays Fairview is expected to be a popular destination when guests crave good food and a great time. In Fairview, any day can be “Friday’s.”

As the restaurant celebrates its 20th anniversary in the Philippines this year, watch for exciting promotions and events at your favorite TGIFriday’s branch.

TGIFriday’s Fairview is located at Level 1 of Fairview Terraces.

Postcard Mania # 05 : Kentucky Whitetail Bucks

07 June 2014

Intro:

When I was in High School, Insomnia was already part of me. While waiting for Mr. Sandman to pour sand on my eyes, I came across to this movie on TV entitled "84 Charing Cross Road". Its a movie about a two-decade(1949-1969) long distance friendship (New York-London) of two people who loves books. They send not only letters but also includes postcards, food parcels, and virtually everything that the post accepts. That movie made me want to have letters and postcards and make it as my wall paper.

Hopefully  - at this times where post is becoming less important due to technology - its not yet to late to make this dream a reality. Now that I have two blogger friends who started this idea, I will now blog my postcards received. I'll also join this post crossing website so that my postcard collection will roll over.

Main Entry:

Just received a postcard from the State of Kentucky featuring the Whitetail Bucks.
