Beef Lumpia
sunday night is family dinner night at my GF's house, and let me share to you the 3rd of 6 dishes on that feasty night.
the 1st dish was here.

this is Lumpiang Shanghai. my GF's mom used ground beef; carrots and jicama (singkamas). i do love lumpiang shanghai but im used to the one that is filled with ground pork. and i say, this is much better than i used to. more yummier than pork.
the next dishes will be presented next week so pls do visit again.

Yum indeed! Beef for fillings is new to me but Im more than willing to try it bec i love beef as well.

I love lumpia and I'm soo drooled,Pareng Jay!!I like it the best with spicy sauce!!And yes,I'm sure masarap yan coz it's your GF's Mom that made it!^_^
this is something new for us. we always use ground pork for lumpia kasi :)
