Kilaw
sunday night is family dinner night at my GF's house, and let me share to you 2nd of 6 dishes on that feasty night.
the 1st dish was here.
this is kinilaw. my GF's mom mixed all together : ginger; onions; onion leaves; suha (a kind of lime); cucumber; vinegar and fish (and i forgot what kind of fish, Malasuge i think).
the next dishes will be presented next week so pls do visit again.

it has been ages since i ate one ...!! nakakamiss! some of them put coconut milk, too and it makes the kinilaw taste creamier. :)

The only kinilaw I have tried so far is yung dilis na tinangal sa bones hehehe.. Yours looks so tempting..

looks good and healthy! wow now ko lang nalaman na pwede pala suha for kinilaw! i've only tried kinilaw na milkfish which was always prepared by my churchmates every time we have swimming.
