Choco Dip Bliss

When i heard about our theme for today, i immediately thought about melted chocolate. now buying a chocolate is the big problem. it was only solved when my sister asked me to join her to go to the mall. upon arrival (in our home) the next problem was how to melt these bliss. hmmmmm. i put it on a ceramic bowl and let it sit on a steamer. we don't have a fondue dish nor double broiler thus i made such a trick.

it doesnt melted as the way as silk. its like mud :(( so the next thing i done is to put all-purpose cream. and it works :)) a few stir and let it cool on the table while im grabing our chips and marshmallows. and we (me & sibz) ate it all :D

Do you want to know what kind of chocolate I used? ill post it next theme :D so pls do visit again.

All photos herein are captured using Canon Powershot A580 last 23rd of March 2009 at our home

Have a great day ka-Lasang-Pinoy :D

kisses

How innovative naman! Galing! May "suspense factor" pa ha - ano nga kaya ang ginamit mong chocolate? :)

Happy LaPiS, Jay!

that looks so good.. but you're wise in adding cream. that always does the trick. You can also set a big bowl over a pot of simmering water (but be sure that the bottom of the bowl isn't touching the water).. then that's your double boiler. You really don't need to own one...

Good entry. Hope you check out mine :o)

Hahahaha ang sarap! We don't have a double broiler but I did what the food network chefs did, ceramic/glass bowl over a small pot of boiling water...hehehe :) I add butter with mine, too...

melted choc is always a winner!!! Mine is chocolate-themed too! But my older son prepared it for me because I was studying for a certification.
