La.Pi.S # 35: LAYER eat up!

Self made Pancakes

I remembred when i was young, about grade 3 (hmm 9years old), we went to our mother's hometown for the yearly school break vacation, we stayed at our grandparents' house but we always go to my aunt's(my mother's sister) home and play with our cousins there. one time she cooked a pancake and it was so good, she said that she just mix flour, egg, water, sugar and the powdered skim milk they always buy per sack - i guess it was about 5Kg-20Kg per sack. that skim milk makes the pancake more delicious.

I always crave for pancakes. every time i pass by this pancake kiosk i always crave to but but since its not that so goo anymore, i just pass and make some at home. we do buy hotcake mix for that instant pancake fix but sometime i resort into making my own. following my aunt's recipe i do now have an instant pancakes BUT sadly, i use evaporated milk not that skim milk thus, it doesnt have the same taste and deliciousness, but it doesn't matter, what matter's most is that i have a layer-by-layer of pancakes for me alone.

opppps sorry, i ate before taking a pictures thus i only have 2 more left :D

All photos herein are captured using Sony Ericson k800i

Have a great day ka-Lasang-Pinioy :D

kisses

i used to make pancakes a lot. now i seem to be forgetting that i still have a box of pancake mix in our pantry. i almost bought a set of pancake molds at the dollar store yesterday! those heart-shaped pancakes are so apt for Valentine's day. haha! :)

You already knows this, pero mas type ko talaga ang pancakes from flour kesa sa pancake mix.

My entry for LaPiS' "layered" is posted here. Have a blessed Sunday!
