Fishball w/ Quail Egg


I made this fishball to recycle our left over tuna. I just boild it then mash it, season it with salt, pepper, onion & garlic bits, add some flour & egg to bind it, then i used this to wrap a left over hard boiled quail eggs from my sister's kwek-kwek. we can add grated carrots and jicama as an extender. Then Deep fry, drain in paper towels and serve w/ ketchup or spiced vinegar.

Excellent idea! very creative indeed and it looks yummy too..kaya lang, dapat marami ang lulutu-in kasi I'm sure it'll be gone in minutes! :o)
