Calamari

We went Cebu for our CFC Singles for Christ conference. My GF has a brother in Cebu so, after the conference I called my sister to met us up. GF's sister also present for the conference so it will be a re-union for the siblings. when my sister arrived we went to GF's brother's house. We met her brother's family (wife and daughter) after awhile we went to Mana SuTuKil for our lunch.

I already featured in this blog my experience in Mana SuTuKil. I featured the place, and their signature dishes: Sinugba; Tula; and Kinilaw but i forgot to feature the two dishes that we also had.

I love squid and I shared that to GF, they ordered and when they asked me and my sister on what dish it will be cooked, I said Sinugba and my sister said Calamari. so half went to the grill and half went to the friying pan.

after eating, we strolled to the Lapu-Lapu shrine and Magellan Monument which are both on the other side of the fence.

Background of the Entry:
I got my first digital (point and shoot) camera last September of the year 2007. I dont have a blog site yet but I do have a multiply site since January of 2006. My blogging started August of year 2008. In between those dates, I captured many photos of places, food, events and virtualy any thing that my heart desires on that time. Blogging those photos was my primary reason why I captured them. Blogging on those times was kind-a difficult for me for I dont have the means. So im reviving my old food photos to make these entries.

Tender Roast offers -as they claim- 1000+ combinations thus this resto is a "do-you-own-meal" in a very affordable price.

For this meal, I chose roast chicken and plain rice.

Sadly, Tenderroast was closed here in SM City Fairview for some years now, Im not sure if they have some open branches now a days.

Background of the Entry:
I got my first digital (point and shoot) camera last September of the year 2007. I dont have a blog site yet but I do have a multiply site since January of 2006. My blogging started August of year 2008. In between those dates, I captured many photos of places, food, events and virtualy any thing that my heart desires on that time. Blogging those photos was my primary reason why I captured them. Blogging on those times was kind-a difficult for me for I dont have the means. So im reviving my old food photos to make these entries.

ano ito?

ano nga ba ulit ang tawag sa tela na libre pag nagpagawa ka ng antipara (salamit sa mata)? nakatlimutan ko talaga.

noong weekend, pagka alis ko ng aking antipara, nagulat ako naiwan ang isang kamay nito sa tenga ko. sa aking pagbusisis, nasira ang bisagra ng salamin ko. parang kinain ng kalawang, marahil sa aking pawis. mga tatlong taon ko rin yun gamit.

nung lunes lang, nagpasukat na muli ako ng aking mata. sa tala ng optometrist, noong 2007 pa pala ang huli kong pagawa. pero sa pag kakaalala ko 2007 ang huli kong pasukat pero kulang tatalong taon nagpagawa muli ako kasi nasira ang frame pero OK panaman ang paningin ko kaya ang frame lang ang pinalitan. miyerkules, nakuha ko na aking bagong salamin. sana naman magtagal ulit ito sa akin. sabi gawa daw sa titanium ito so sana man mas matibay ito.

medio tumaas daw ang panglalabo ng mata ko (nearsightedness) kaso bumaba ang astigmatisim ko kaya pwede nadaw akong mag-contact lens. ayos! sa special occation po, mag papagawa ako ng contact lens, sagot ko sa kanya.

mabalik tayo sa topic. ano nga ulit ang tawag sa tela iyon. dati kasi kontento na ako sa panyo o sa suot kong damit para mapunasan at malinis ang aking salamin pero simula ngayon, lagi ko nang dadalhin ang telang iyan para lagi akong may panlinis. sa tindi ng pawis ko at alikabok sa paligid, kailana ko talaga ng maasahang panlinis.

Akyat Pinatubo Bloggers Climb For a Cause

My sister has been talking about a Mt. Pinatubo climb that got me really interested because like her, seeing the majestic Mt. Pinatubo is also a dream come true for me.

On June 04, 2011 there will be a Akyat Pinatubo Bloggers' Climb for a Cause, and although there is a word "bloggers" there, everyone can actually join this trek to help our siblings at the Tahanang Walang Hagdanan.

SM, Jollibee, Havaianas, Unilab, Travel Factor, GeiserMaclang, Primer Group of Companies, Sledgers, Solid Hosting, R.O.X., Kiss Tourist Bus, and Blogger Manila.will sponsor the event by giving tokens and raffle items, while Nuffnang Philippines, Churp Churp Philippines, and Orange Magazine TV will be the media partners.
