I attended a demo class for Cheesecake Gallery by Chef Heny Sison. I admit I'm not into cheesecake as to me into chocolate cakes. I took this class because, one, many cafe clients wanted to have cheesecakes as snacks with coffee or as a dessert. Secondly, this class became my filler to a class that was cancelled.
