What's the sense of traveling places without sampling their local specialties. Food that makes the place known for and the other way around. This is my Food Trip, where visiting a place is not the same nor complete without eating what do locals are proud of. I will make a blog entries regarding the food I tasted during my travels in this meme so do please visit every Friday and the Food Friday Meme.

ooohhh, that looks good!!!
we had neighbors before who were from Dumaguete and they love grilled food ... i wonder what's the difference between the way they cook their liempo there and those that are cooked here in Manila ... :)
thanks for playing again, Jay
enjoy your weekend!
"inasal" in ilonggo translates to "skewered". did they actually use a metal or wood skewer to grill the liempo?:D
to maiylah's question---there's no difference in the way of cooking, i guess. nasa timpla ang pagkakaiba. bawat region may sariling panlasa.:D
