Food Trip # 73 : @ Cagayan Mandarin Tea Garden (1 of 3)

Siomai Mami

After my girlfriend and few of her friends had their routine gym workout. It was then dinner time and we asked each other on to where we want to eat. One of the nearest food place in in here, the Cagayan Mandarin Tea Garden.

We ordered a meal for each and this will be my entry for the next three days. First stop, we must have a soup not only to heat up our hungry tummies, but also this will soup up our dry meals. alam nyo naman ang pinoy, dapat may sabaw sa kainan.

BTW, if you are wondering why this is the second set. the first set was posted Sept 2010 but on a different branch.

Food Trip # 20 : at Cagayan Mandarin Tea Garden

AND

Lunch Date
at Cagayan Mandarin Tea Garden

After our - me and my Girlfriend - city tour in Cagayan de Oro, we desided to have our early lunch date in Robinson's Place Cagayan. she suggested this place, the Cagayan Mandarin Tea Garden, a chinese-pinoy cuisine resto.

i ordered soda in can and Squide Curry Rice (left) and she had watermelon shake and Beef Brisket (right).

here's a closer look.

My squid is so yummy and i can really taste the kick of curry. and the squid is tender.

her watermelon shake is so good, it like eating a fresh watermelon. and the beef brisket is good too.

overall, the service and the ambiance is nice. the food is great that made me feel like ordering some more. what i don like is they served it on steel bowls w/c to me is not close to authentic chinese, if they only serve it on china or stone ware bowls, ill definely enjoy my meal more.

once again, daghan salamat(thank you very much) pangga for bringing me in this food place, i like it. and thanx for the lovely lunch date too :">

Have a great weekend :D
