fresh OYSTERS

Where can you find the freshest oyster? Where else?! Its all in the beach.

Our visit to our mother’s hometown – Bolinao, Pangasinan – is not complete without fresh seafood, stroll on the seashore, Beach, sun and tan lines.

Luckily our uncle drop us off to this beach where no sand but full of pebbles, rocks, & OYSTERS.

I grabbed my swiss knife, sit on the shore and pick up every big rocks to look for oysters, open it up and eat straight.

YUMMY! What a SUCCULENTdelight. :D

Photo(s) herein are captured using Canon Powershot A460 in Bolinao, Panggasinan last 03rd of November 2007 and digiscraped using Microsoft Visio 2007

Have a great day ka-Lasang-Pinoy :D
