Y is for
Yellow Curry
When my aunt still works in Taiwan, every time she comes home to the Philippines, she always gives us a Japanese brand of apple flavored curry tablets. for that day on, i always cook chicken curry using that tables. and i recently found out that in Thailand, they have red and green curries.
Chicken Curry
Saute Garlic, Onion and chicken pieces in oil. Add water or stock, simmer until chicken is slightly tender. add mushrooms, potatoes, carrots bell pepper, curry (powder or tablet), simmer until potatoes are soft. serve.
cooking tips for this recipe:
1) instead of water or stock, use condensed cream of mushrooms with stock or water.
2) dilute cornstarch on tap(room temp) water if the sauce is too thin.
if you have a recipe using curry, pls do share it to us
Have a Great Wednesday to all of us :D
