Always part of a Filipino Cuisine usually sauteed on oil & garlic.
My favorite part of being a Filipino,i always use this a part of a spicy vinegar dip or in northern Philippines' ilocos dip made of tomato slices, onions and fish paste. both dips a always partnered w/ fried fish.
Have a Great Wednesday to all of us :D

What would life be without onions!! Great choice for "O" Day! and a great photo! Thanks for sharing!
Onions are also good as medicines. If one has caught a cold it's good to put an onion next to your bed during the night. I must confess I never tried!
Love dips. Onions can take on so many different flavours.
Great shot of the wonderful onion!
