I admit i never tasted this one but local folks says that they serve this as: a green salad (yes, like lettuce); braised in soy sauce (like a Chinese dish); and added to our local dish called sinigang or sour stew.

Beautiful shot! and I'm hungry! Thanks for sharing!
It sounds good! I would like to try it : ).
'Sinigang' sounds like a word verification!
Wow, mustard leaves - never even knew mustard had leaves. (Sorry, I'm very much a city girl.) I'd like to try them braised in soy sauce - sounds good!
Btw, you pinoy? I'm not, but currently live in Manila, so sort of connected. :)
Looks good to me!
New to me, but does look apetizing and an inventive choice.
Mustard greens - I've not tried them, but I'm told they're good with a mixed salad.
I love mustard greens. I cook slice this up roughly. Slice bacon and render it, then add the mustard greens and raisin, then season to taste.
Other times, I add smoked ham hocks the same way the collard greens are cooked in the south.
mustard greens, my mum likes to pickle it.
