I love potatoes! Baked in the oven with butter, boiled with butter or gravy, mashed, I think I like them any way they come, actually.
One of my favourite but decadent TV-watching dinners is oven chips, with grated cheese and gravy, served with a green vegetable. A kind of English version of poutine!
