Sea and Sky





May katanungan noon kung bakit kulay bughaw ang dagat, minsan naman ay luntian at kayumangi pero kung ilalagay sa timba klaro naman ang kulay. Hindi ko yun nasagot. Buti nalang may isang sagot na lumutang na akin namang pinaniwalaan.

Ang kulay daw ng dagat ay naka base sa kulay ng kanyang paligid, parang salamin ika nga. Pag bughaw ang dagat, ibing sabihin reflection yung kalangitan. Pag lumtian, pwedeng ang luntiang halaman sa lupang nakapaligid o kaya ang kulay ng lumot sa ibaba. kayumangi naman ang ang reflection ng lupa mismo. Pag itim, ubang usapan na yun.

Translation:
There was one question I encountered before. He asked why the sea turns blue or green or brown but when contained its clear. I don't know the answer but in a few seconds some one answered and I since then believed it.

The color of the sea, like a mirror, is based on the reflection of the surroundings. Blue means it reflects the color of the sky; Green is the reflection of the flora nearby or the moss underneath; Brown is the reflection of the land. If its black, that's a different story
