Lechon Kawali

It was late and my GF has ended her gym class and dance practice for her sister's wedding, we had our dinner in this place, Tita Fannie's, wit her friend. MyGF already told me days before that we will dine here so that we will have something new (place) even if the menu is nothing new to our plate.

for this entry, this is myGF had. its a lechon kawali. for those who doesn't know, it got its name from "kawali" or frying pan because we all know that we can not cook lechon (roasted pig) in our own kitchen thus by using a frying pan and a slab of meat, we can still cook a lechon in our own kitchen.
